@IrishRail had a prepaid return ticket from tullamore to heuston today and had to get earlier train due to personal reasons and was told had to buy new ticket for €17.75 by the lady in heuston station help desk. Said my ticket only valid for the one specified on it,out of pocket

@timex my wife purchased a Q Timex Malibu 36mm Stainless Steel Expansion Band Watch less than 6 months ago and strap has broken. No support from anyone to get it rectified. Have to send it from Ireland were we live to Italy to get repaired under warranty. Very poor service

@EasyHotel33 Update!! Easy hotel want you to use an application to receive a refund, but only after you put in your full details including your debit and credit card details. You have to set it up in the callers country in Kenya!!! They can keep my unused room fee....

@EasyHotel33 Well that was a complete waste if time, they get an agent to call you from Nigeria through WhatsApp and ask you ro set up an account with worldremitt and transfer money to them! Very dodgy, or I can travel to the UK in London to head office instead!!!! No wonder the CEO profits
