Very proud for this Best Faculty Paper Award by @Northeastpsa. Based on my research project funded by @FMVIsikUniv . Also with excellent research assistance of my former student, now Phd candidate @evirgenyusuff
Back home after a great @Northeastpsa in Boston. Great catching up with folks, good scholarly interactions, and some good suggestions for another new project.
Quite coincidentally, I presented this research at the Annual Meeting of the @Northeastpsa today and received excellent feedback from an engaged and entertaining panel.
At #NPSA2024, Michael Hawley of UNC spoke about how strange it is Machiavelli does not talk openly about rhetoric. It's really interesting: he's steeped in rhetoric, so why isn't there an account of what rhetoric is?
