@Yazabel_x SBMM doesn’t even protect the casuals. It makes them go away faster because it consistently after one or two good games eats them alive for a long period. Your experience isn’t limited to how good or bad a single game went in the classic system.
@Kenjis9965 The casuals are already giving up and leaving. The idea that SBMM is saving casuals is misguided. Nobody wants to come home from work to play in a CDL lobby after one good game.

If they came out and announced that we are catering to new players then fine but they are not because they still need everyone to meet financial metrics on launch. After launch the whales are more profitable not before.
@Kluuz@tdawgsmitty I was specifically referring to the beta. In betas they usually have the modes all in a moshpit making you play modes that you don’t want.
