Something I keep coming back to was Mike Norvell’s decision to keep this staff intact after last season.

I get not wanting to do so after 2022 — because you were going all-in on 2023. But some absolutely failed on the recruiting trail over the previous two cycles and not only were they retained, but were given raises.

Heading into 2024, the program was already going to see a ton of change, why not use the 13-0 season to help you upgrade your staff?

His loyalty could hold FSU back from fixing the predicament they’re in.
