✨ In thyroid storm, there is a specific order of tx: 1mg of propanol, PTU 500 mg load, wait 60 min, 5 drops of potassium iodine, then Hydrocortisone 100mg
✨ Prior to completing I&D, ask pts if they have any history of valve disorders as they may need antibiotic prophylaxis
