Morning all, update on Christmas training times.

Don’t forget it’s the Christmas inflatable session on 17th December 10.45-11.45 @ Bridgnorth Leisure Centre for Gators and JDS.

Seniors squad, just a heads up on next weekend (26th & 27th)

There will be no senior sessions due to the Wolverhampton Open.

There will be joint JPS sessions for those wanting to swim

These will be held at 9.00-10.30 am on Saturday and 6.00-7.30pm Sunday both at MWLC.

Big welcome to Emily and Reece who were selected to train at the Shropshire County Development Program Saturday.

Not only did the train all day they shot across to Sutton Coldfield to then spend their evening competing in the Arena League.

Grace swimming well this morning 50m Backstroke even though 14th out of 30 there was half a second between 14th and 6th👀👀 but she managed a new PB👍
100IM 4th out of 51 in her age group and made this afternoons final. One more heat 50 fly this morning.
