Our little Maltese is at least 16 years old. We adopted him in Corfu in 2011. He had a sad history, found in a skip and diagnosed with leishmaniasis.
Hes sailed 12000 miles with us and has been a faithful and constant companion. Now he’s blind, deaf and demented.
@thecavemommy My children are now in their 40s. There’s no way they’d have still been in nappies aged 3. We used Terry nappies. There’s nothing like a cold wet nappy to encourage a child to use a potty. Disposables are too comfortable.
@lizzkelly7 We were in a pub beer garden yesterday. Lots of children having fun but two small boys playing football. They narrowly miss ed our drinks once, then they hit a woman sitting at another table. Inevitably their ball bounced onto our table sending drinks flying.
@Rickgannon Rent one for a short holiday. We borrowed one, I hated it. Too big for narrow roads, the rolling made me feel sick and a nightmare to level when you park up for the night.
@MichelleDewbs I regularly travel to London from Northumberland. Because I use 3 different trains to get to west London I have three separate tickets. Inevitably they won’t open the barriers. Never have I had a problem with the staff not letting me through.
@Irksome73@AnnaLongthorp I think that would cover just one full time attendant. When you factor in wages , employers NI and pension contributions it adds up.
@Justabackup12@farazamiruddin It woukd take more than 10 minutes to walk from Northumberland to Bangkok. We have a very small market on Wednesday morning and a monthly market on a Saturday. Butcher, green grocer, 2bakers open 9-5 daily. Except Sunday. They are an hour walk from my home.
