@Chris_Creature @sleek4yourself @kazfoncette @FinsParkFriends @haringeycouncil i agree that it was pretty mellow and i was proud of it, but now its aggressive commercial all summer long and creates a stressful and depressing atmosphere locally and is a cash cow for a council that is putting money infront of people's wellbeing.

@Chris_Creature @sleek4yourself @kazfoncette @FinsParkFriends @haringeycouncil almost all of it is based in the feild next to manor house, its really hard work if you do long weeks and just want to chill out on the weekend and can't afford to leave town. inner city is tense enough without it. people think it's just wireless but its all summer long.

@Chris_Creature @sleek4yourself @kazfoncette @FinsParkFriends @haringeycouncil thank you for this.. the 50's? there was only ever 2 concerts before 87? and mostly if had anything we had one gig not a festival season?!! look at 2018 it gets out of control. and on top of this they allow a PA system for the running events aswel! that is really loud locally

@Chris_Creature @sleek4yourself @kazfoncette @FinsParkFriends @haringeycouncil they only had one a decade until about 5 years ago, and now its a commercial open air venue, the council renamed the summer 'the festival season' there are PA's in the main feild every couple weeks all summer. lot of long term residents are vulnerable and cant just up and leave

loss of phone signal and wifi, the house shaking, the repressive atmosphere in the park instead of calm. the sunday mornings wake up call of Pa systems booming by manor station all 'festival season'.

@FinsParkFriends maybe you could look at trying to get some sort of social value report on the cost to locals of festival season. maybe there is a way of looking at the cost of the stress and loss of vital resources which the council fails to take in to account.

@MisslebrookD @JustinHinchcli3 @Wards_Corner The community plan is two decades old and was started by by people that lived locally and loved the old building, many people locally remember very fondly shopping in wards stores..The traders were involved later as it developed. Tfl shut the doors to it for 50 years 🙁
