@Se_Railway theastern truly chaotic at St Pancras. A fine example of appalling management. Couple of Tresspassers cause the entire high speed network crashes. Trains having to leave St Pancras empty as staff are elsewhere.

@LeShuttle once again long delays, no information and a carriage that has broken ventilation so like sitting in an oven. Told in Flexiplus lounge that boarding was due to start at 1400 in 5 minutes but was 50 minutes plus followed by another queue to board at the train itself.

@LeShuttle_Help @LeShuttle Asked the person loading what the delay is. “I don’t know can you just load. We are running late.” Quality customer service at its finest. @LeShuttle are very good at running late. Apology might have helped but he had to be prompted.

@LeShuttle surprise surprise Le Shuttle running late again. 1818 booked. Flexiplus priority boarding expected to start 20 + mins ago. Departs in 7 minutes and no one has started loading. Sitting here like idiots instead of in a nice warm lounge.

@LeShuttle well over an hour delay and not a single announcement. Left Flexiplus with boarding imminent and just sat there. No info on boards, no pa announcements and a note on app about “possible” disruption. Train finally departs and no apology or explanation of reason 4 delay

@Se_Railway Saw my normal train (0600) was showing as cancelled last night. Unfortunately the journey planner on your app showed the 6.29 from Folkestone was still running. I arrived at the station to find it cancelled. The first train London bound is actually 6.58.
