It's game day! Newcastle Falcons are at home to Bristol Bears in the final round of the Gallagher Premiership season. Kick-off at Kingston Park Stadium is at 4pm, it's not on TV in the UK and tickets are still available either from the ground in person or by calling 0871 226 6060
