@PierrePoilievre@joerogan Will you finally just fuck off! Did you tell him how you lost a 20 point lead and your own seat and had to parachute into an easy riding? That you can even get security clearance? Just fucking give it up already. You lost, you are a loser.
@victoriastewxrt Im sorry for this piece of 💩 speaking to you like that. You are the most honorary Canadian in my books! Probably jealous you know more about hockey and baseball than they do! 🇨🇦
Nurses in Hamilton are averaging 50-60 hours a week due to extreme levels of understaffing. It is unsustainable and dangerous for workers and patients alike: "who wants to be the patient who's on the 50th hour of that person's work week when they are exhausted?"
The Ontario NDP is asking the Ford government whether it believes there was fraud committed by Therme Group.
The NDP is calling for a criminal investigation into the deal.

CUPE, representing 750,000 Canadian workers called today for an immediate end to the ongoing genocide in Gaza and an end to the attacks on health care workers.

CPC Leader Pierre Poilievre: "Sorry there's just a protester here."
CTV's Judy Trinh: "It's a reporter trying to ask a legitimate question."
(This is what happens when political parties -- all of them, at all levels -- try to stifle or drown out journalists.)
Public Health Ontario reports 89 new cases of measles, bringing the total to 655: "The sharp increase… is due to continued exposures and transmission among individuals who have not been immunized." Ontario allows children to be opted out of vaccinations, like polio.
For no specific reason I shall mention that the last AG report admitted we're unable to track billions of dollars earmarked for healthcare in Ontario.
Going back at least five years.
The new study from Alberta showing longer hospital wait-times since privatization is not surprising. Private care serves affluent people who can jump the queue, but pushes other people in the public system with greater needs further back.

CUPE spoke today about the terrible impact of privatization and restructuring on home care services. Dying patients without painkillers; post-operative patients without home support; rationing, and relentless attrition as exploited workers leave for stable, fairly paid employment.
People need to be vaccinated, for their own sake and to protect their community. This policy exempting children from vaccines like measles, diphtheria and polio on religious grounds is indefensible and puts people who have no immunity, due to cancer treatment, for example, at risk.
