@TLRailUK my journey disrupted yet again today. When will you start running a reliable service? I have to leave home an hour ahead of time just in case the service is disrupted and recently it always is. This is unacceptable. Please respond to me for once.

@LeShuttle how do I contact someone. My departure was missed due to the huge queue at customs despite me being very early. I now have very upset and tired family in the car. Not acceptable.
@stephenrobles It is so hard to find people saying anything negative about the new iPad windowing.
I have a 13" iPad and I think it's at best ok on that. On my iPad mini it is frankly a disaster IMO!

@TLRailUK Any chance of some concrete service information? Everything heading south from Radlett seems broken. Is it signalling or train faults or did your staff not bother turning up again? I need to know what sort of service to expect other than simply “none”.
