Fight for excellence. Show up early, stay late. Don’t be satisfied by just getting by! Want more.
Whatever you’re pursuing, show others in your life through your actions that it just means more to you!
As a leader, as a coach, you have to distort the reality of some of your negative team members to be positive and believe they can do it. Never underestimate the power of belief.
Building respect, trust & teamwork must be a high priority everyday because many players have not grown up in a team-first environment. Often, players have their own agenda and are focused on what’s in it for them, rather than asking what they can do to make their team better.
Congratulations to our 1st & 2nd team WCAL award winners.

Coaching is a noble profession at every level. It doesn’t matter if you coach professional, college, high school, or youth athletes, you’re making a difference in the world!
Coaches remember every player they’ve ever coached. They really remember the achievers who believed, who wanted, who showed, who experienced, who loved it. Most of those memories have nothing to do with who won or lost. The players who stand out are the ones who gave everything!
4 WAYS TO BE A GREAT TEAMMATE TODAY:
1. compliment a hard-working teammate
2. challenge an unmotivated teammate
3. console a struggling teammate
4. confront a selfish teammate
