@AmericanAir Yeah it's frustrating when there was ZERO reason for it so then you re route us hours later to when a fucking tornado comes and we get re routed. WORST airline ever will never fly American again

@AmericanAir Just want to say a big fuck you for cancelling our flight today with no reasoning when all other flights were not cancelled. No refund. Hours later new flight and now plane diverted and now stuck in a different city. American Airlines is the WORST airline ever.
