Remember, when breasts are used to sell cars, booze, video games, and male enjoyment, it's fine. But when they're used to feed a baby, it's offensive and sexual which is utterly horrific because it's actually just a woman Feeding her child.
Bryan turning to a monster is the correct ending and a chris/jill rocket would have made the movie worse, the whole point is you watched an npc become the boss.
If a real protagonist shows up at the last second, that stops being a tragedy and turns into a cutscene.
The 2026 RE movie understands the games better than the Anderson films and that is unpopular because it has no laser hallway and no Alice but Zach Cregger understands locked doors, voice notes and a monster that used to be a person with a name.

How was the ending of RE bad? Bryan was never suppose to be a main character. But a fraction of what you come across as Leon or Chris in the games. Those tapes or those notes you read? Thats Bryan, a man who became a monster.
