But sometimes, government assistance can cause more inefficiency&corruption than total take over and it is happening a lot in the USA.
For example, a private prison and private health care system...are totally crazy.

@nels_christian Many types of people are involved in government. All government in the world are different. It is strange for me if government in most countries tell the same lie and create this situation. Some parts of your story might be true. In my view, man-made climate change is real.
