I had a couple bags of grain-free cat food that my Maine coon couldn't eat so I put the bags out on my floating walkway to see what kind of attention they'd draw. The first to arrive was a marten, who didn't care that I was watching & wasted no time stuffing his head in the bag.
This is a historic day in California, esp for the Latino community. Congratulations @AlexPadilla4CA on your appointment to the Senate. We have a lot of work to do to advance the rights of immigrants & people of color in this country & I know you will be leading that fight in DC.
Thank you so much to our sanitation workers--garbage collectors, truck drivers, street cleaners. They've worked this entire pandemic, our cities could not function without them. We appreciate you.

Starting this morning, our first Street Crisis Response Team is now operating and responding to 911 calls relating to mental health or addiction in San Francisco.
