@n3r4@SimonPeterKrieg@redpillb0t They absolutely do not. They work 160 days a year on average, whereas the full time schedule has one working 260 days a year on average.
@BriannAtl35@VirilethDerg@MensHumor Pulling out the “my generation is better than yours” card in response here is absolutely wild I have to admit. We’ll ‘find a new schtick’ once we achieve fair market conditions and can actually reasonably achieve the American Dream again without being debt slaves our whole lives.
@applian87928334@lmchankins@MensHumor Yes, however the gap between wage and the housing/car/education markets were all much smaller, meaning that you didn’t need to work for nearly as long as one would need to nowadays to own a car and/or house in full with an education.
@0xM0rtal@NoContextHumans Somewhere along the way, our government stopped focusing on creating opportunity for its constituents and focused solely on itself. Unfortunately now we’re cornered with two outcomes of this all. Hopefully we’ll have enough sense and courage to step up and make the right decision
@RepJackKimble Move your happy asses onto the private sector then. Oh wait, you won’t because you make $174k for UNDER half a years “work”. Brilliance will return to America once we’re completely rid of societal parasites like yourself.
@Dexerto With how expensive PS5s are getting, you might as well build a PC and wait the year at this point. At least you’ll get something actually useful along with the game doing that
