I have been paying @AmexIndia EMI for the last four months for a phantom debt that they created for a failed transaction on @amazonIN. I am forced to pay because I do not wish for my credit score impacted. Full story on the duress @AskAmex has put me through below.

ITD: we don’t care, pay penalty & now interest. Also, you don’t get ₹40K+ refund, we adjusted that towards your penalties
