@Alf954 Brother, we are still trying to make Dru Smith work. No hate but he has suffered a torn ACL and achilles and we've had him since 2 0 2 1.
Spo is just a sicko for small ball.
@Alf954 we're close, we have enough, light at the end of tunnel, etc.
Can someone please ask Spo what is on the other side? cos it sure as hell isnt a championship.
@Alf954 This is what JB said very early on in the season about starting Duncan.
It's almost like players play better with consistent minutes and roles. That or... they play bad on purpose or whatever.
@Alf954@JWick88744 "force Spo to start him" lol. Spo will start Simone or Keshad at the 5. Ware has to earn his spot cos you know... HeatCulture or whatever.
@Alf954 Won’t work. We have no evidence of tanking for a year and drafting with a top 5 pick a franchise player who has a statue outside the arena.
Never selling high and attaching assets to get rid of bad contracts, is the best path to success.
@Alf954 When we’re at the point of delusion thinking Demar might work on the Heat, we’ll end up not getting Demar cos we only want to trade Terry, and end up with Cody Martin.
@Alf954 This is how you lose the ear of the young guys. Young guys expected to play perfect in extemely limited minutes while their vet does this shit.
@Alf954 If only we have a large sample size of this in the playoffs… oh wait…
Just to be clear, not blaming Tyler for injuries, Duncan has just been more impactful over multiple playoff runs
@Alf954 Spo played a dangerous game benching Duncan. Duncan finally got his rhythm back after losing his mojo for 2 seasons and the team offense was flowing.
Going back to the Jig 3 seemed to be more for not hurting feelings than team success.
