@TheBrianPenny some people can copy art accurately by looking at it in a museum. why can't all the existing systems in place that let artists sue those people if they try to profit still work for AI art? why is there even an argument at all?

@Carrot_breath @AnabranQ @TheBrianPenny isn't that kind of what they signed up for when they put there images in the public domain? some people could look at art in a museum for long enough and recreate it very accurately at home. just because the AI is capable of it doesn't mean you can't control how it's used..

@Carlx1987 @Colorofsky2 @JonLamArt But can't your prompts give it the context, emotion, soul and personality you claim it lacks??? The medium has only changed changed from digital paint and ink to words and descriptions, you are still directing it where goes and that will show in your work.

@JonLamArt Because in that regard, it just seems like another medium/technique is appearing and becoming the norm and the art world will stay for the most part the same after adjust/adapt to the shake up that's happening, just like it has done many times in the past

@JonLamArt Can someone help me understand how this goes beyond just being a tool that lets the artist focus more on overall design than fine detail. Sort of like Bob Ross creating a tree with a few strokes instead of a lot?? Or the equivalent of someone creating a mosaic from other art??
