IN PICTURES | Three mountain passes have been closed in the Eastern Cape due to heavy snowfall. The passes include Barkly pass between Khowa and Barkly East on the R58, Penhoek pass between Komani and Jamestown on the N6 and Boesmashoek pass between Sterkstroom and Molteno.
