Based on data we were able to collect, I think continuing to utilize providers for info is best b/c 62% of our Hispanic population trust info from MDs- still the greatest of 8 sources. Additional research for reasons why it's less than NHW is needed.

@ASPrevOnc 2/5. We mailed surveys to 5,000 homes; 1,000 were oversamples in zip codes along the US-Mexico border. Trust in cancer information from 8 sources was assessed with a Likert Scale. This image shows the question format. #ASPOPosters2020

@ASPrevOnc 3/5. Surveys were sent in English and Spanish. Of n=720 surveys returned, 21% were from Hispanics, 62% from NHW, and the rest NH-other. We compared only Hispanics and NHW. This image shows respondent ethnicity. #ASPOPosters2020
