7) I paid ₹8,848.82 in good faith but got no promised service. For the same amount, a broker could’ve shown me flats immediately.

🙏 On humanitarian & fairness grounds, I respectfully request @nobrokercom to process my refund urgently.

Requested refund due to no service.

Backend team assured refund → said I’d get it same/next day.

Later customer support team told refund was not processed due to some “internal mismatch.”

Very unfair after all the issues faced.
