We've had a bipartisan problem of politicians who refuse to retire when it's obvious they shouldn't be running for re-election. It's especially egregious with six-year Senators.
Joe Haden on looseness under Mike Tomlin: “When I got to Pittsburgh, it was years and years into Coach Tomlin being there, and the one thing that I could see where you needed a new voice [was] the accountability, Everything needs to be tight. There was a looseness that was going around. That looseness is a reason where errors come in…If star players were doing certain things, you just gotta nip it in the bud ... Things like meetings, late stuff… When the vet leeway is getting to a point where it turns [into] almost blatant disrespect to where your team is seeing stuff like, ‘We can’t be moving like this as a team, vet aside.’ When you get a new coach in there, he’s not rocking. You set that standard from the T.J. Watts to the Ben Roethlisbergers to anybody on the team where there’s no leeway for nobody.” #Steelers #NFL
The main reason why Djokovic lost yesterday was the hours on court simply caught up with him. In the quarters he was playing the No 3 seed in a 5 hour + gruelling match, Sinner was playing a world number 74 who was just coming off a big 5 set match too.
Draws are very important.
@AzPittsburgh@Steigerworld2 I still remember Stan Savran remarking on the 2016 Pens 50th Anniversary Video how the local media room erupted in "Yes!!!" when the news of the Pens winning the Crosby lottery in 2005 happened.
@theTonyPirollo@Steigerworld2 Yea that's the other thing. Madden "sort of" does it but he fan boys certain people he wants to be chummy chummy with (Letang, Ben, Mario, etc). If u take away those, he's the closest u have locally
