@ThePollitt Have a look at the small Hyundai i10 or i20, they're bland as fuck but bombproof. I've a '10 plate on the fleet. Cost Β£1600, sailed through 2mots and in 20kmile I've changed the oil & filter once. That's it.
@Mr1000CR Always had a want for one of these, great looking car. Liking the colour and at 1750 it's a steal compared to the other offerings. Yes please π
@Mr1000CR Had one, it was alright. Went through the twisty stuff okay but even with the boost wound up it never felt that fast. Sold it for Β£5k many years ago, over 14k for that? Hope there's 10k in cash in the boot
@ThePollitt @carandclassic My two 1991 1900gti's. Sold the first black one as it was a bit tatty, missed it so bought the red non sunroof shortly afterwards. Sold that after a run in with an unmarked Volvo on a hoon.
@SparkyHolloway You've made it difficult this week, fantastic finds. I'll go Beta, Mk1 MR2 and GTV but really tempted by the Audi, 924 and Jag.. tough choices. Enjoy the holiday!
@SparkyHolloway The perfect balance of a good engine and handling, Toyota got it right with this first gen Mr2. Driven one and loved it. I'd give this garage space happily.
