Hermes Agent Desktop bug on Windows:

Desktop saves Telegram config in AppData\Local\hermes, but hermes gateway CLI defaults to ~/.hermes.

Result: “Credentials set” in Desktop, but gateway says “No messaging platforms enabled”.

Fix: align Desktop/CLI HERMES_HOME @NousResearch
