Without the slides to emphasise structure, you need to structure the talk itself really clearly.
I don't think it needs to be incredible. People get pretty tired of looking at slides! I've had lots of compliments for talks where I haven't used them.

In the last 30 days, we’ve run the @buildkite test suite 3645 times on CI. We have ~13k automated tests, which means we’ve executed over 47 million individual tests.
Some advice for line managers to help avoid similar situations (project getting cancelled). I'm not at all familiar with the referenced project, nor any contributing organisational dysfunction, just using it as a launching point. 🧵
