@OfficialLoganK Judging by the last release, we can look forward to it being worse than GPT-5.5, much worse than GPT-5.6, slower on E2E latency, and priced much higher…
@Alex_Oloyede2 I’ll believe it when I see it. Putin could have ended this war a very long time ago. But he has delusions that by playing nice, Russia will be welcomed back into western circles when the war ends. That won’t happen. Europe won’t be satisfied until Russia is divided and in ruins.
@mrdoob@hybridherbst@sea3dformat@threejs But seriously, why do this to render ~100m triangles? It’s not clear what hardware this is running on, but unless it’s a low power GPU, then what’s the point? It’s achievable with simple rendering techniques. Nanite was designed to render billions of triangles.
@OfficialLoganK@giffmana A work horse model shouldn’t cost more than the current best frontier model. This makes absolutely no sense. How could an org like Google ever think this was reasonable?!
@harryricher96 Maybe it’s because the overwhelming majority of you support Israel as it commits genocide. You don’t get to play the victims whilst enabling the mass slaughter of an entire people that have been brutalised since the founding of that barbaric terror state.
@OfficialLoganK@mercor_ai 3X price increase for a model that’s barely better than Gemini 3.0 Flash, and consumes more tokens. It’s even more expensive than GPT-5.5 in real world tasks whilst not getting close in terms of performance and being slower in E2E latency. What a joke…
@OfficialLoganK@GoogleDeepMind I tested it extensively in agentic coding tasks. It’s a little better than Flash 3.0, but not meaningfully better. It also seems to use more tokens, and the cost is insane! It costs more to use than GPT-5.5 whilst not getting close to GPT-5.5 for real world use.
@RachelRileyRR The Zionist Jews killed their own people and then lied about beheaded babies in order to try and justify a genocide of a people they have horribly oppressed for over 70 years.
