@MelioPayments @CapitalOne It’s surprising that @CapitalOne is getting involved with such a shady and fly by night company. Go ahead and try to call or get in touch with them. They’ll tell you to use their online chat function, but can selectively remove that from your account when you log in.

@MelioPayments @CapitalOne Melio randomly denied two of my payments, and then blocked me from messaging them. There is no way to call them if you have any problems (even though they will call your personal cell with sales calls). They’re a super fly by night business.
