1/2 Horrible delivery experience with Lowe’s (@Lowes @loweshomeimprovement) scheduled for after 10am, was told they would call for delivery window, first email said 11am and contact the night before for 4hr window. Email after 5pm says 8am-noon, they never called me, this.

Ugh, @CenturyLink lost a payment & double charged me, all on their autopay system. Ran through hoops to find the CC confirmation only to say it will take 30 days to investigate, they wouldn’t let me send in my statement as proof of payment. One rep actually hung up on me.

The deep link test knocked out my parents Orbi, had them reboot it and wifi seems up but now have lost all remote access via the app. @NETGEAR
