@emjane90091925 @RedTeamReview There are lots of AI tools, from simple to advanced, you can feed images into and generate a new image in a different style.

Comparing the source image to the final image there appears to be AI "context bleed", where a phrase, like "shocked", gets applied to multiple elements.
