@PhilnPrimetime@FalconsStink We should be 4-1. If we signed a competent backup QB against Pittsburgh and if Penix hit that short pass to Bijan vs Baltimore.. we’d be comfortably 1st in NFC South.
Falcons President Matt Ryan and GM Ian Cunningham are in attendance for Oregon vs. Oklahoma State today, getting an in-person look at two of college football’s top quarterback prospects: Dante Moore and Drew Mestemaker.
Falcons getting an early start on 2027 draft prep 👀
@Sleepyhead2332@MBLego92 I’m a Hawks fan who’s watched this man for years. I even have his jersey. And i’m sad to say that this is just who Trae is. He can make great passes, but he’s too small, turnover-prone, take unnecessary logo threes, and too inefficient. There’s a reason Hawks traded him for free
@Elitelovesyou@FalconsStink@falconshateme Yeah, I don’t think calling him a pussy is the right wording here lol. He been through a lot and still wants to be on the field.
But I think what he mean is that Penix injury history is what’s holding him back the most (no mobility, acts scared under pressure, fragility, etc.)
Go look at how that Giants Commanders game ended. Or the Browns Jets. Bears got the doors blown off em by the Packers. Falcons lost in OT and folks acting like the season's over. I don't get it.
Genuinely hope he can improve his short passes and we can win a super bowl with him. He has an amazing story.
But if he’s our long-term answer… another injury sadly just feels like a matter of *when* and not a matter of *if* at this point.
@SpeakSoftMike If Penix could function under pressure and makes this short pass to Bijan to finish off the game with a win… then all of that could’ve been prevented btw. Penix is equally at fault here.
