@WDWGuestService super upset with how the resorts and guest services are handling hurricane Ian. How is there zero accommodation for families unable to return and use their park tickets?? So I’m just out thousands of dollars then?

@WaltDisneyWorld super bummed at the lack of communication & accommodations made for Hurricane Ian. Saved for 6 months, booked a resort package, resort not able to accommodate food allergies,and no alternatives for the families who can’t return to Florida to use unused tickets?
