In North Carolina, where the magistrate involved in the release of Iryna Zarutska’s alleged killer served, reports have stated that more than 80% of magistrates do not hold a J.D.

The 32 states are:

This text was found at the end of the book under “Miscellaneous and Biographical” Page 447 and 448:
