I finally have my Jinx merch in my hands 🥹💕 and I have slightly mixed feelings… Putting all the problems aside, I have to say that the products are absolutely beautiful. The designs are gorgeous, I think the concept is super creative, and visually everything looks elegant and really well made. It made me so happy to finally have these little “vacation moments” of my favorite couple 🥹💖

However, the whole experience surrounding this order was pretty disappointing 😭… The lack of information, the extremely slow responses and handling, the shipping issues, and the import fees being so high that it was practically like buying the products all over again 🥲 (on top of that, my package arrived incomplete and I’m still going through the claim process).

I also want to give you a little warning… please be VERY careful when assembling the Video Call Stands, especially Kim Dan’s. The material is quite delicate. I practically have no strength in my hands and, as you can see in the video, I handled it very carefully, but even then, a small part of the base cracked 😭. It doesn’t affect its functionality, but I definitely know now that if it ever falls, it could break completely.

And something VERY important 📦🎥… start recording from the moment you receive the box, before opening it, and keep recording while you take everything out and open each individual bag. Take pictures as well. In my case, some items were missing, and having that video is important when filing a claim.

Despite everything, I’m happy to finally have them with me 🥹💖… Maybe the experience didn’t turn out the way I imagined it would, but at least it’s one less source of stress in my life, and now I can enjoy how beautiful they are 💕✨. I’ll keep you updated on what ultimately happens with the items I’m still missing ☺️💖
