Not true, learn the law. Sovereignty is not ownership. The Crown acquired sovereignty and radical title, but Mabo established that this did not automatically make it the beneficial owner of all Australian land. That’s why native title exists: Indigenous rights under traditional laws and customs can survive sovereignty unless legally extinguished.

And that is your legal system not an Aboriginal one.
