@DeborahMeaden Could it be a simple question of yes or no, do you require the allowance. Those in the upper bracket will know, therefore opt out. Surely that would remove a big percentage of unnecessary pay outs. some might get it who could do without, but at least those who do will get it.

#24HoursinPoliceCustody never have I felt so angry after watching a program! two criminals got away with prison sentence deemed unfit for prison due to injuries received. Not so unfit to be arrested afterwards for being found in a stolen car with gear to go stealing again!!!!
