In my final year in uni, I needed to pay up my project fees I had no money Some of my project members mocked me and told me you speak too much English to be this broke. Got home and cried 😭.

2 years after uni I was invited to MasterCard x jobberman to be a partner and speak at their event, that changed people's lives. 😂😂😂😂 We thank God for growth.

Last year I barely knew how GitHub worked. Now I have 10k followers on GitHub (and still can't write code by hand). What a year.

It's called the Anti-Routine System.

No morning ritual. No 10-step schedule.

Just a menu of tasks you create and pick from like ordering food.

I made it from my own chaos. Maybe it helps yours too.

The only thing that actually grounds my chaotic mind is writing.

Just grabbing whatever random notebook is closest and starting.
But even THAT is hard to start.

So I built something for the version of me that finds it hard to even open the journal.

[Messy Progress @MessyProgressHQ]

I always have a bunch of brilliant ideas at any given time.

By evening, I've forgotten nearly all of them.

I've tried planning my days. Schedules, to-do lists, all of it. I'd need more than 24 hours for half of what I write down.

And even then, I never stick with it.

Head of Engineering Shopify:

"AI writes the code, AI reviews the code. Your job is just to write the loops around it."

26 minutes on how AI changed the way 3,000 engineers work inside a single company.

Ignoring it while everyone else uses AI to do more is the fastest way to fall behind.

Watch it, then read the step by step guide on loops below.

Vibe coders are getting sued.

People are shipping apps with real users and skipping the boring stuff that kills them.

A 20+ year dev shared the pre-launch checklist every AI builder needs.

I added what I learned after shipping 60+ apps at the agency.

Don't skip this:

1. Protect yourself, not just your app. The moment you collect user data you're in legal territory (GDPR, CCPA). Have a privacy policy. Know where user data lives.

2. Row Level Security. Without RLS, anyone can open DevTools and read your entire database. Supabase → Auth → Policies. Zero policies means your app is naked. 5 min to fix.

3. Test the failure path, not just the happy path. Wrong password 5x. Reset for an email that doesn't exist. Verification link clicked twice. Signup with an existing email. Catches 80% of auth bugs.

4. Security baseline in 2 min. Prompt your AI: "Review my app as a security specialist and make sure I have strong security headers and a solid baseline security posture."

5. OWASP. Prompt: "Review my app against OWASP standards and highlight vulnerabilities." This is where SQL injection, XSS and auth bugs actually get caught.

6. Client-side validation is UX, not security. Attackers disable JS and hit your API directly. Validate again on the server. Every time.

7. AI code leaks data in 3 spots: .env values in the frontend, API responses returning too much, secrets in logs. Prompt: "Check my app for credential or sensitive data leaks in frontend or API routes."

8. API keys in the frontend means game over. If it's in the browser, assume it's already taken. Move it server-side or proxy it.

9. Rate limits before someone burns your API bill. Cap every endpoint hitting a paid API. I've watched a Supabase bill jump from $20 to $200 in a day.

10. CAPTCHA on public forms (Cloudflare Turnstile is free) plus CORS locked to your domain. 10 min, kills bot floods.

11. Error messages that don't leak. "User not found", not "SELECT * FROM users failed". Log full errors server-side, show users generic messages.

Build fast. Just don't ship naked.

If you are building ANY app, website, SaaS, AI tool or digital product used by people in Nigeria OR Europe, this can save you from massive fines in 2026.

Exact compliance checklist for NDPA + GDPR: documents you MUST have, where they apply to your build, plus clear Do’s and Don’ts.

Extremely practical for founders.

That’s why we built @school_baseng.

SchoolBase helps schools manage student performance, attendance, fees, teachers, and overall administration while giving parents real-time insight into their child's progress.
SchoolBase is currently in private beta with pilot users and launching publicly by February.

I should add that we genuinely advise parents to attend their kid's open day as well PTA meetings.

Most AI engineers can train a model.

Far fewer can deploy it, scale it, secure it, and serve it reliably in production.

That's where FastAPI comes in.

This free e-book covers everything from building AI APIs and serving LLMs to RAG pipelines, authentication, Docker, Kubernetes, and production deployment.

If you're serious about AI engineering, this is one resource worth keeping in your library.

@dev_aluminate Happy birthday 🎉

Most GTM teams still build lists manually.

The ones winning right now?

Agents do it for them.

The gap is opening fast.

Here's how the best teams are doing it:

Lusha dropped 3 agentic workflows.

Here's exactly what they do:

01 — Account Based Prospecting

→ Type your ICP in plain English
→ Lusha builds a net-new list instantly
→ CRM deduplication runs automatically
→ Existing contacts filtered out
→ Zero burned credits
→ Zero manual cross-referencing

02 — AI Lead Generation

→ Deep Intel learns from your closed-won deals
→ Finds lookalike buyer patterns
→ 10,000 scored leads delivered every morning
→ Every lead ranked by ICP fit
→ Every lead has a reason why it surfaced
→ No list building
→ No ops request
→ No manual work
→ Just: here's who to call today

03 — Signal-Based Outreach

→ Job change fires
→ Hiring surge fires
→ Funding round fires
→ Lusha enriches the contact automatically
→ CRM updates in real time
→ Outreach draft writes itself
→ You just hit send

Tools it runs on:

→ Lusha API
→ N8N
→ Claude
→ Clay
→ Make
→ ChatGPT
→ MCP

The numbers behind it:

→ 300M+ verified contacts
→ 10,000 scored leads daily
→ 50% lookalike accuracy improvement
→ 1.2B+ data points verified every 24 hours
→ GDPR and CCPA compliant

This is what agentic GTM actually looks like.

Not theory.

Not a slide deck.

Live workflows your team can run next week.

The teams getting the data layer right now are opening a gap their competitors won't close easily.

Save this.

Share it with your GTM team.
