@GTPLHathwayLtd @prerak06 @TRAI please look into this. Should channels be allowed to disrupt broadcast if subscribers have prepaid annual fees. Shouldn't the benefit of prepayment by giving annual commitment be passed on to consumers?

@GTPLHathwayLtd @prerak06 We have already paid annual fees for the channels. Price change shouldn't affect annual subscribers. Full sony package is unavailable. This should be resolved on priority as it's monetary loss for us by not showing us channels we have paid for and a deficiency in your service
