@EmHendersonIDE So true... I have 3 newcomers. But an engaging activity will do the trick. We have NEWSELA and TWEENTribune. But, have to figure out how to tie specific articles to a problem. Don't want to frighten them with overwhelming news..

@Tanya_IDE We have a list of parent emails/phone numbers to make contact. We will propose distributing our iPads from school to the kids/ determine who has existing connectivity beyond a phone and who needs it. We have a few online subscription services, but that's to me compliance work....

@IDEchristina I made it.. Just waiting to hear what our school want us today. Much depends on who has access and who doesn't. We have some online platforms with "busy work", but I'd like to offer choice, fun and sharing.. I think their looking for an 8:30 to 3:30 flow of the day.. #LATICchat
