I will wait a few weeks, then take legal action in Europe. This is unacceptable. Own up to your mistakes and cover the costs.

WHAT'S GOING ON?

My channel was reinstated after 106 days, only to find out that the money I had in AdSense will not be paid out to me.

My monetization was never disabled, and all my content was within the guidelines. You ROBBED me.

The fact that you reinstate channels after months without offering any compensation is already inhumane. You’ve caused me major production losses and a community downfall.

As if that wasn’t enough, you are also literally committing theft by confiscating what is rightfully mine.

I’ve tried to be reasonable and understanding throughout this process, but this has gone too far.

Your systems falsely flagged my channel. YouTube admitted the mistake and reinstated my account.

A few days after my termination, the $800 I had in AdSense was reversed back to YouTube. I immediately contacted live support and was told I would get it back if my channel was ever reinstated.

How can I be responsible for your delays, who even came up with this "50 days rule"? Why should I have to suffer financial losses when you already screwed me over for 3 months.

After two long weeks of waiting, my channel was NOT reinstated.

As expected, I received another template message claiming the “internal team” conducted a human investigation.

It’s been around 80 days since my channel was wrongfully terminated, and sadly, this wasn’t the end of my nightmare.

Despite this, another channel I own was reinstated days ago after being terminated for CIRCUMVENTION.

The system reinstated a channel that was actually breaking rules, but keeps ingoring an account that violated nothing at all.

The fight continues… I truly don’t understand what @TeamYouTube gets out of ruining innocent creators’ lives.

Being terminated and repeatedly given a vague article as reasoning is absolutely ridiculous.

I know my content never violated any of those rules.

It might take years, but the truth will eventually come out.

Shame on you, @reneritchie, for not giving your creators the benefit of the doubt.

Is one actual investigation too much to ask for? We all know these alleged “reviews” are just jokes.

I am Banned from YouTube for Incentivization Spam 💔

What Incentivization Spam Includes -
• Content that sells engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments or any other metric on YouTube.
• Sub4Sub - Offering to subscribe to another creator's channel solely in exchange for them subscribing to your channel.

Now let me get this straight -
• I have never sold any engagement metric in my videos. All content I created was purely for entertainment purposes.
• Never done Sub4Sub in any of my videos, that is something I have never heard of before and could never think of doing.

@TeamYouTube only narrows down to which specific policy inside the Spam/Scam policy we have violated but what about pointing out the video that got flagged under the policy?

I have been continuously asking @TeamYouTube to do another review of my channel and point out a video.

They have replied 2 times saying that I have violated the "Incentivization Spam" Policy but I am yet to receive clear proof with the vide which violated the policy.

They are just playing games with all the innocent creators and always like "You violated this policy but we won't tel you where you violated them." That is because they themselves don't know where the violation is.

I challenge @TeamYouTube to clarify where and how I violated their "Incentivization Spam Policy.."

I’ve spent the past three months trying to get in contact with YouTube so I could receive a real human review of my channel, but with no success.

Three months of complete silence.

Appeals rejected within five minutes.
Live chat unable to help.
On X, if you’re not viral, your chances of getting your channel reinstated feel close to zero.

I always loved YouTube and creating content on the platform, but after this termination, I can’t do anything anymore.

Maybe my content did break a policy, but I will never know, because I never received an explanation or feedback about what I did wrong.

I’ve been creating content on YouTube for over three years, and during that time I never received a single strike or warning. But when I created my channel “kyxonfort” and tried to grow it, I was terminated overnight without any warning. If I had received one, I would have immediately changed or removed the content.

I started my channel in January 2025 and grew it to nearly 40,000 subscribers.

In November 2025, it finally hit the monetization threshold, and my most recent video went viral, reaching 12M views within hours.

The next morning, my channel was completely deleted for “spam and scam policy violations.”

‼️My channel contained no external or suspicious links, no misleading titles or thumbnails, no engagement bait, and no fraudulent or violent content. My channel was gone even though it had zero strikes, zero warnings, and a clean standing throughout its entire existence.

🚨 This is clearly a mistake or a system glitch.
Right before my channel was deleted, it was experiencing the fastest growth since I started YouTube. Views and subscribers were increasing at an unprecedented rate. When I submitted my appeal, I immediately received a rejection email. The turnaround time was so short that there was physically not enough time for a proper human review to take place.

What happened:
Jan 2025: I started this channel and grew my channel organically, one subscriber at a time.
Nov 3, 2025: Monetization approved ✅
Nov 5, 2025: Terminated without warning
Nov 5–Jan 4, 2026: 68 days of appeals—all rejected with zero specifics

Meanwhile: Creators just like me in this niche continue to thrive, earning millions of views and fully monetized 💰.
