@SteP__Arts truee!! a fight against corruption to clean the seats is the best way talaga. speaking of tree planting, always tree planting yung bunot if ever want maging performative eco warrior, and what's more sad about it, some of tree planting activities here are not even properly studied
as a bio grad, this is so sad. the country is one of the megadiverse countries in the world. however, due to corruption and lack of awareness, limit and unprotected na ang resources we have. corruption sucks. redtagging sucks. let the true environmentalists conserve ours.
The Philippines was named as the deadliest country in Asia for environmental defenders for the 13th consecutive year, climate justice watchdog Global Witness reported. https://t.co/wk5PUkiWdO
@rematecno1574 thisss and it's just so sad. MENRO being optional sa LGU is so ewan. Conservation should always start from municipality level thing so we can have a huge impact as a whole. however, making it being optional is like the protection of our environment is an optional as well. :((
omg hit tweet?!! it's my first time kinda nervous emz huhu. but yes kidding aside, everyone, we should not stop talking about the issues our country (this envi-related is one of many) is facing right now. DAPAT MAY MANAGOT. DAPAT MAY MAKULONG. DAPAT LANG NA MAY PAGBABAGO.

development and conservation can both coexist with one another. but here, the gov prefer only development kase nandun ang pera. patayo ng business. illegal mining everywhere. because their prio is PERA. mga bayaran! they don't care how all these actions affect the people.
guys, let me comment my thought here hehe. sorry and please do not stop spreading awareness of how we need and deserve good treatment. good treatment to us people and to our environment.
additionally, I believe there were cases rin na these amazing environmentalists were being k*lled by these corrupt negosyante bcoz they might hinder their environmental-degrading actions. so in order to pursue these ganaps, they do inhumane was para sa sariling interest nila.
the gov is the one to blame talaga, lalo na yung nasa DENR. normalize shaming them! apart from the gov corruption, redtagging as well is another reason why lots of these environmentalists being stopped (literally like life talaga) from their passion in conservation.
also, please stop redtagging researcher on field. as a bio grad myself, i have a firsthand experience of na-redtag dahil nagfieldwork kami. it is so easy for them to say na npa yung tao even nagstustudy lang sa environment eh, which is so much beneficial than ur redtagging ganap
apart from this, the lack of awareness of people about wildlife rin talaga ang kulang eh. but even these people have knowledge naman, they still make bulagbulagan for the sake of exploitation and illegal trading.
