@frgtr46052602 @micyoung75 @kevinnbass @StephenM If ICE arrives to jail on time to pick up a person on their list, they will be transferred over by the sanctuary city. If ICE arrives late, they will not be. In non sanctuary cities, they will hold them for extra amount of time until ICE can arrive.

That’s the entire difference.
