Incorporated Linear into my dev workflow. Feels like when I first learned Python years ago: minimal UI, fast feedback, low friction.

The best engineering tools disappear into the workflow instead of fighting it.

In the AI era, project management isn't dying. It's evolving into orchestration.

Tickets aren't just tasks for humans anymore. They're structured context for humans and agents working together: priority, state, ownership, execution flow, memory, dependencies.

I'm not using Linear because I need another dashboard. I'm using it because coordinating myself + multiple AI agents without a shared execution layer becomes chaos fast.

Less "project management," more like an OS for software execution.
