I returned an item more than two weeks ago and today I saw a message that the refund was not issued and more info is needed. Upon contacting customer support, I was told to wait till 8th, Feb as the return is still being processed. I tried to explain my issue but no help.

@AskKlarna I tried contacting customer support but I think they have no clue how to proceed this. Can you please look into this highly concerning.
