@NotOnEarth1 It should. There are countless death row inmates in Pak are actually suffering from issues like schizophrenia and they have never had a chance to have proper representation. I understand why ppl are incredibly wary of the MH defense in a country like Pak but we do need it

However i also agree that so many pets, esp exotic animals, shouldn't ever have been entrusted with someone that's unwell. As a pet owner I know that even one pet is a major responsibility.
