@FedExHelp I scheduled a pickup on mobile app. Watched a driver come to my door, scan the package, leave and I got an email “we couldn’t find your package”. Can I please speak to someone so I don’t keep having my package left.
@ecobee is there a better way to report iPad app bugs? I have wasted 15 minutes of my evening stumbling through your support matrix to get held hostage by a support chat with nobody answering. When I attempt to view System Monitor on my iPad I can’t swipe back in time.
