I was promised that the replacement would be completed by today, but I’ve now been informed it won’t be done before the 21st. At this point, I’m not surprised. I wouldn’t recommend @rentomojo to anyone. :)
I’ve been trying to get @rentomojo to fix my fridge for the past 4-5 days, it’s less than a month old and has already stopped working. Their technician says it needs replacing, which means even more delay. Terrible customer service and causing significant inconvenience!
I’ve been experiencing trouble with my laptop cursor for over a year now (it’s under warranty). I’ve contacted @HPSupport multiple times, but no solution has been found. Moreover, they can’t seem to arrange for a technician visit as well. Terrible support service.
