Moderators are underrated. Seriously underrated.

The CEO is the face of the project for other projects. But for the actual community, moderators are the face. They answer questions at 2 a.m., handle FUD, keep the vibe alive.

Hiring kids drunk on the illusion of power, lazy guys copy-pasting the same answer to every question, people who barely speak English in an English-speaking community. That's shooting yourself in the foot.

Hot take: bad moderation has killed more Web3 projects than bad tokenomics. Most projects still haven't figured this out.
